Product scope
The app assists Jira administrators with identifying inactive Atlassian accounts that remain referenced as Jira issue assignees or reporters.
Administrative aid
The app is an administrative aid.
It does not guarantee identification of every access, ownership, regulatory, business, HR, or security dependency associated with an offboarding process.
Customer responsibilities
- deciding whether an account should be deactivated
- reviewing findings before remediation
- maintaining Jira permissions
- complying with applicable law and internal policy
Atlassian relationship
Atlassian, Jira and related marks belong to Atlassian.
ankaiho provides the app independently and is responsible for the app.
Data handling
Customer data is handled according to the Privacy Policy and Data Handling documentation (to be finalized and published).
Security reports
Termination / uninstall
On uninstall, app-managed data is handled according to the published Privacy Policy and data deletion procedures.
Governing law
Governing law and dispute forum are pending legal review after verification of the publisher entity.
