FRESHSERVICE · FULFILLMENT CLOSURE GUARD
Documentation
Review the intended flow, release gates, verification boundaries and the information needed to assess the Freshservice app.
Engineering Pre-RC / NO-GO01
Before testing
Use an authorized Freshservice DEV tenant and synthetic records only.
- Confirm access to the legitimate Freshworks FDK and the approved project baseline.
- Use a controlled DEV test tenant; do not connect production data to the Pre-RC build.
- Check the declared release version and matching source revision before evaluation.
02
Proposed workflow
Exact controls are subject to Freshservice platform evidence.
- Prepare synthetic service requests with incomplete and complete fulfillment cases.
- Check the app review surface or closure-related feedback in the tested build.
- Record behavior for each supported closure route and user role; report bypasses and unknowns.
03
Engineering release gates
Do not infer production readiness from this website.
- Capture validated FDK/platform evidence for the current release.
- Use protected CI and independent maker, reviewer and verifier sign-off.
- Keep production approval separate from engineering verification; do not skip protections.
04
Limits and troubleshooting
Describe what happened without sharing secrets.
- Include tested app build, Freshservice role, time and timezone.
- Document expected versus observed closure behavior with synthetic ticket IDs.
- Send redacted screenshots or sanitized diagnostics to support.
Release and coverage boundary
The current project baseline is 1.0.0-rc.2 (engineering Pre-RC / NO-GO). Freshservice platform validation, supported closure paths, required permissions and release approval remain pending. No production availability or guaranteed blocking behavior is claimed.
Pre-release product information. Not an offer, installation authorization, published SLA or approved legal notice. Verify the actual Freshservice build and all policies before launch.
